What is coaching?
Coaching isn't therapy, mentoring or consulting. It's not about processing the past or being told what to do by someone who's walked the path before you. It's future-focused and facilitative — built on the belief that you already have everything you need. You're not broken. You're a creative, capable person who wants a thinking partner. Someone intellectually honest, who asks powerful questions and holds your agenda — even when it's uncomfortable.
What makes it work is the dance between being and doing. Good coaching lives in the movement between the two — it starts from a deep understanding of who you are, and it ends with concrete action and real accountability. Every session closes with a commitment because that's how transformation actually happens.
Each session starts with the topic you bring. From there, no two sessions look the same — sometimes they're practical and tactical, sometimes expansive and exploratory. The energy shifts too — one session you're activated and moving, the next you may be reflective and taking stock.
Coaching is for you if there's a gap between where you are and where you want to be — and you can't quite figure out why you're not closing it. Maybe you feel stuck and just pushing harder isn't the answer. Maybe you have clarity on what you want, but your thoughts are like a ball of yarn, and you can't find the thread. Or maybe you just need momentum — something to cut through the overthinking and get you moving with intention again.
